Clean Drinking Water for All
1 in 10 people lack access to clean water. We’re on a mission to change that. Let’s join Noble Hands to make this world a better place.
Pakistan has the world’s sixth biggest population and is rapidly urbanising, which makes reaching everyone with basic services extremely challenging. To make matter even worse, the quality of drinking water in rural areas have deteriorated very rapidly.
Some of the difficulties have come from industrialisation and the demands of agriculture, depleted and increasingly saline groundwater, rapid urbanisation and drought have all taken their toll. Pakistan is a water-stressed country and is nearing the threshold of water scarcity. Access to safe drinking water in rural and urban areas is declining and the provision of potable water is a key issue that people face.
By installing the 300ft water pumps, we can help everyone specially children who suffer the most with water related diseases.
One project to provide fresh and clean drinking water costs only €600. It will improve children’s health and offer them an opportunity to focus on their studies and also help poor families to save money on their medical bills.
